Today absolutely sucked.

My ex an I split earlier this month. She did t come home the day after she broke the news.and spent the night out with a “friend” It’s been a week since we split and on my work shift I saw my dog with my ex and her new man. Thought I I had the fortitude to deal with it but it’s absolutely crushing. 4 years of commitment to see the switch in front of my face.
