My 12 year old has a phone that my ex has full access to as she has her passcode. Ex routinely sweeps through her phone and the last dustup was when she saw that my daughter had deleted text messages between my daughter and myself (they had been about her mothers behavior) and also text messages between my daughter and her therapist about her mothers behavior. Has anyone ever had a court grant some kind of secure/encrypted communication between you and your children that the ex cannot access or at least is forbidden from by court order from accessing?
