Does anyone else think this article is incredibly biased in favor of the mother…? Also, there are TWO CHILDREN in this story, Child A and Child B, but the article makes no mention of Child B anywhere, who is a boy and 3 years younger than A and was removed from the mother at the same time for the same reason.

I just spent way too long reading the public court documents, and all I can say is that this mother is insane and has caused serious psychological harm to her children. She was also deemed a flight risk and was luckily prevented from taking her kids out of country a few years ago, but she then fled to Russia on her own because she has rich family there who have been providing her insane amounts of monetary support. She did eventually return to the UK to keep psychologically torturing her kids and their father.

Oh, also, when she was pregnant with each of them, she flew to the U.S. in order to purposefully give birth there so that they’d have US citizenship.

Oh also also, she didn’t attend like at least half of the hearings she was court ordered to attend. She was repeatedly given months prior notice of requirement to show in person but wouldn’t show, then would request remote attendance which she was previously informed would be denied. She was in contempt of court for this but it seems they weren’t able to contact her or find her (probably in Russia).

She did this for many consecutive months, I personally assume it’s because she once again fled abroad to Russia so couldn’t attend court in the UK, but the court docs don’t overtly state that. At one point the judge found it necessary to immediately freeze her UK financial assets without notice to her, because he was afraid she would sell some stocks to get liquid cash to use to flee the country again.

ALSO, all the information in this article is years old, and I don’t understand why. So much more has happened since the events described in the article: the kids have been living with the father full time for over 18 months and are a lot happier and healthier than before, but the mother also put them through absolute hell after they were placed in the fathers custody.

She used her Russian family’s money to literally stalk her kids, buy them burner phones, have strangers approach them to give them these phones and money, and have strangers approach them to talk to her on the stranger’s phone when the kids did not have their own. She also manipulated both kids into making multiple false accusations against the father, including sexual and physical abuse, as well as straight up imprisonment.

It is an absolutely insane saga that has been going on since before 2020 and this article literally doesn’t even scratch the surface.

These are only the cases under the current judge, I believe there are even more earlier ones under a different judge. Their mother is a legit danger to these children and their father and society. I sincerely hope she’s stuck in Russia and that her wealth stick in Russian banks due to sanctions and is a fraction of what it used to be due to their inflation.

This is great, very thorough

I actually have a friend that experienced this he thought his mom loved him and that his dad was a horrible person until her turned 16 and caught on to everything. Thankfully he left and went to live with his dad but instead of the court doing what they did here to look out for this court he had to testify himself and help prove his case as well as his dads.
