Look up the history of the phrase. The feminist academic, Sally Miller Gearhart, coined the phrase in her book that literally advocates for killing 90% of the male population. She was published and accepted by US academia.

What if the sexes were swapped? Imagine a male academic advocating for killing women and spreading a phrase, "the future is male" or something similar. Would academia accept that? Of course not!

The fact that US colleges and universities created departments for "women's studies" to push feminist narratives as academic or even scientific is an excellent example of true systemic discrimination. Feminism has sullied academia with published feminist rhetoric posing as research.

In addition to Title IX, it's no surprise that college enrollment is so low for males. Before the 1970s, when college enrollment was 60% male and 40% female, the US government and academic institutions passed Title IX to help promote women in education. Women's college enrollment quickly rose to surpass men's enrollment as early as the 1980s. That was 40 years ago. Today, college enrollment is over 60% female and less than 40% male. In this one important metric, men are worse off than women were over fifty years ago but no one cares and the government isn't going to help the boys.

The phrase Future is Female stems from harmful feminist rhetoric that continues to push for negativity against boys. It's part of a mainstream culture of misandry that hurts boys and discourages them from participating in school and society.

Sounds great, let's see them fill all of the difficult jobs including the military. They keep saying they can do anything a man can, so let's see it.

They should add too it, “the future is female accountability” because as it sits right now they aren’t held accountable for any of their actions

The future is not "female". The future is abolishion of conscription, exoneration of draft evaders, legal protection of men and boys from gender policing, protection men from gender-based violence and including in school textbooks the information about discrimination against men in XXI century and before.

And gender identities of people who will do this is of secondary importance.
