Drafted men never agreed to be militaries, therefore they should be considered as Civilians. And so their deaths. So to give them an uniform before being killed should not be considered as a valid way to transition from the Civilian status to the Military one. It's a farce. To kill civilians who never agreed to be militaries should be ufficially classified as civilian killings. So we should ask UN to consider unwilling (ie drafted) men killed in war as civilian war. So male-only draft is automatically Androcide/Gendercide and Male Civilian Killing.
