Women that put out easily soon learn that guys treat them badly. They either experience this first hand or they hear stories from their friends.

While a women may want to get fucked hard, she has to make sure that she doesn't get fucked hard by a low quality male and that male won't do damage to her reputation as well as physically and emotionally. There is a difference between LMR and actual resistance. Obviously if she is resisting your advances, you need to cool it.

LMR however, is a psychological defense mechanism so that she has some semblance that she isn't a slut. Every girl will try to put a barrier in front of you having sex. "I have roomates/ me and my friends are leaving/ it was nice meeting you" etc. Yes and no are the answers you take, nothing in between.

Women have to look like they aren't sluts in front of their friends, that's why they cockblock each other all the time. LMR is one part of that.
