Hi all.

Has anybody on this sub been forced to pay for spousal maintenance and if so for how long, was it a once off payment ? Ongoing and how much do you earn before you have to pay it ? I just work a 9-5 job. I have my son 1/14 nights per fortnight. I live with my mother and want to get my own place but can’t do till property settlement is done because my name is on the matrimonal home loan and can’t afford my place yet. The ex has a business that has gone nagative of course to show she can’t earn money Appreciate some help
