Spouse claiming no money and nowhere to rent

Hi all. Currently in middle of the separation question to all or if someone has the same issue. My ex is claiming she has no money her business has gone from 100k to negative 150k and I am concerned that the court will make me continue to pay the home loan given the fact of the rental crisis. I am back at my mother’s house which I pay her rent as well and as well as child support so I am negative as well. I have investment properties which I have been told to sell to pay lawyers of course. I have made multiple offers and she accepts none even a paid off house. Any help would be appreciated
