You can let your friends know, if they're close enough. But not your GF, keep that shit to yourself. Act like you've been there, never give them the idea you had to work for it.

You don't have to hide it, just downplay it. If a girl walks into my room she'll see a stack of books by my bed, white boards full of notes for studying, protein, etc. I don't try and hide it because that would be unnecessary.

Instead, I downplay it: "I haven't read any of those.", "I don't workout that much.", etc. You could even venture into self-deprecating. She'll know on a subconscious level that you do train and take self-improvement seriously but when she hears you downplay everything it will set her mind at ease that you are, in fact, an alpha.

The Red Pill is only a metaphor. All the things you can learn here, you would’ve learned by having a positive male influence in your life. That being said, don’t go around dropping the Red Pill name. There’s literally no need. Also, people don’t like men who take control of their love life and get better with women. They only like the final product and illusion that they were born as an awesome man.

Share advice like it’s something you picked up over time from experience. Don’t share it like it’s some cult you’re trying to get someone to join. And only give advice to those who ask.

As far as your books go, put them under your bed or somewhere safe. Don’t act like you’re trying to hide something either. If someone asks, they were given to you, but you haven’t had a chance to read them.

If a friend asks you about getting chicks, don't say "It's all Red Pill! Look, here are the sites and books!" Rather, ask him what he's doing to pick up chicks. You can critique and take him with you.

As for books, just say "I haven't read them yet. I'll let you know."

Books - if they come up in question, just pass them off as psychology, or self-improvement. No big deal. Lead and move on.

Don't talk about it, don't show it. Girls want a finished product. Make it seem like it comes natural for you, you were born with big muscles and you just get it.
