I am all for bashing toxic feminists at any opportunity, but this one is not it.

Here, they used 'male' correctly: as an adjective accompanying the subject noun, being 'infertility'. You don't say 'man infertility', as THAT is grammatically wrong.

Using 'male' and 'female' in a dehumanizing manner (example: ew look at this male) deserves bashing, but using it in the correct context as an adjective is all fine.

I will give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you are not fluent in english as this is rather advanced language stuff
