Don't try to understand women and their actions. You will end up pulling your own hair out more often than not. Women operate on emotion, not logic. She likely felt emotionally high when meeting you, but then the next day came off that high. Or maybe your IG profile is shit and she wasn't into it. Who knows? Doesn't matter.

Either way, best way to do it is to always go into it with low expectations. Expect that a girl will pull shit like this when you talk to her. That way, when she doesn't and she goes through with whatever she said she would, it's a pleasant surprise as opposed to a frustrating situation.

Basically, never take a woman seriously until you've seen her naked at least 3 separate times. 1st time could have just been a fluke, 2nd time could have just been reassurance on her part, but 3rd time is indeed a sign she actually likes you so you can start to take her seriously at that point.

"No" to what exactly? In the moment, she was in a high energy environment, likely buzzed or drunk, and keen on meeting fun people and having fun experiences. (And heck, maybe getting IG followers, too.) Then the dust settled and the moment passed. This is why bar interactions shouldn't be taken too seriously. And more importantly, this is why it's important to take them as far as you can in the moment. Rather than inviting her to a party a week later, why not continuing to party with her THAT NIGHT?

As for the nuts and bolts of your interaction, next time have her follow you RIGHT THEN and send the DM while you're still with her with some inside joke. You need to make sure it's reciprocal and I always focus on her following me FIRST. These things won't change an interaction that was already mediocre. But they can help make good interactions more solid. And her receptivity to these things will also help you get a sense of her interest level.

2 reasons.

Saying no to someone is always uncomfortable. I had to do it a few times to girls and it's never easy or pleasant.
The safety issues is always a concern for women. What if you become a stalker if she says no, or you go crazy, etc etc.

Also, the guys who say to not try and understand women usually have little to no experience with women, there's always a reason and most of the time it's pertinent. Sometimes it is emotional or weird but you take the good with the bad. Always try to understand and not to sweep it under the rug or you'll become ignorant like 90% of the people
