You need to change mindset. Quitting social media is probably a good step, stopping working on yourself is not. What do you consider working on yourself? Do you have job you are happy with? Are you healthy? Mentally? Physically? Do you keep your body in shape? Have decent hygiene? Trimmed hair/beard? Are you happy being with your own self?
Those are basics.
Women hate being with someone who is not comfortable enough living alone and who is emotionally dependent.
Get your life to the point where you are happy alone, and start socializing in the meantime. The happier and more confident you get, the more women you will attract, the better you will feel, the more women you will attract as your confidece will grow and so on… the cycle repeats

The only thing I would add u/AmbitiousAd4007 is to not have expectations of wanting/attracting a certain "type" of woman. I learned many moons ago that if you set your bar too high, you miss out on potentially some amazing women. Women are beautiful. Period. Don't turn away from any of them that might want to get to know you better than a friend. Sooner or later there will be one. Trust us. And good luck.

This is true. I used to approach only those conventionally attractive women - cute, nice body, face, hair and so on.
Relised many women are actually beautiful, but just do not like exposing themself that much.
I also used to think that in order to meet beautiful women you need to be in bars or clubs. Wrong. Every woman (adult) is possible chance that you need to give a chance and see how it goes.
Bars. College. Gym. Library. Shopping centers. Cinemas. Traffic stations. Running events. Trains. Car washes. Hotels. Officers. Workers of any kind.
Now sure, you need to be careful and not mix romance with work, not to put her or yourself in tricky situation. However, every of those women are also private persons and there is nothing wrong with meeting them this way, and possibly date them out of work.
I recently met with amazing woman in the bar, we almost started dating (long story). In bar I gave her number and just asked her some basic questions. It was enough to get her and myself going, but not too much to get any of us in trouble.

yeah sounds like you need to work on your mindset take boxing, muay Thai, or jiu-jitsu class.. also just sounds like your being to nice to women without sexualizing anything.. ie putting your self in the friend zone..
these 4 basic things for game, yes its overly simple but most game is very simple and RSD/todd V/ most PUA's made it seem complex

ok but that’s not gonna solve your dating problems, you’re still gonna want women that’s just part of your being so I suggest you work on changing your mindset so you don’t view all this has so negative, yes some women are not gonna wanna talk to you, some will ignore you, some will call you cute but still not wanna fuck you, that’s part of life trust me. So don’t give up cause if you do then you’re just running from the issue.

Just gonna tell you this right now and this is the honest truth. You’re probably going to stay a loser until you fix your confidence. Theres a reason youve been a virgin 29 years of your life and im surprised you never took responsibility to fix the issue or talked to someone about it. Getting the best job in the world isnt going to stop making you a loser. You may gain some confidence because of it but tying your confidence or self worth to your job or materialistic items is a path you don’t want to go. The problem is your confidence/self esteem. You even type like you’re some depressed guy who wants to hide in a corner its no wonder you’re getting friendzoned.
Why can I get a bitch soaking wet talking to her and you can’t? Obviously because theres a difference. You aren’t a victim. Raise your > self confidence < that way you won’t appear needy or any other unattractive symptom of low self confidence. I respect the grind but you’re probably just going to go back to social media in a few days. Life is to be enjoyed. Fix your weaknesses and try again.

It is a good thing to sometimes unplug yourself and get busy with real life. Women can sense if you are stuck in virtual reality. Get active, quit pornography and other similar content, start seeing women casually and you will see big difference very soon. Extreme measures are not the solution, most of the time.
