It's not complicated. You approach a girl, talk to her, get her number and then rejoin your friends saying, "hey it was nice meeting you but I have to rejoin my friends" and then just carry on. Now don't keep looking at her afterwards. Since meeting new people is overwhelming for most people, a short and simple conversation is much better than spending too much time with her. You have to giver her space and time to breathe and think about you and the conversation she just had with you. Happy hunting😉

They way I used to do it was just talking when I approached. Nothing too direct like asking for a number. Say I have to get back go my buds, are you sticking around for awhile, love to talk more.

Play it from there.if she's about to leave, strike now. If she says she'll be there. Just go back in 30 minutes when you pee, go for a smoke or order something at the bar. She seems to be eagerly eyeing you as you walk nearest her, stop and talk again. She gives zero IOIs, then let it go. I would reapproach the same night, especially if you are at the same bar.

I've gotten numbers that way, too, but unless I go somewhere from the bar with them, even as a group, then I rarely hear back from them.

if you do that, most of the time that number that you got will end up flaking on you

better off approaching when you plan to leave the bar. or you can approach, but be prepared to stay in the set for as long as you can. maybe even merge her with your friend group
