A lot of people find confidence in hobbies and passions. But for some reason, nothing interests me. What should I do?

Learn a martial art?? Knowing how to fight is a great confidence booster and it can become very addictive.

You probably need to try out lots of different things. Just do it to see what’s out there and not necessarily to find a new hobby. Just explore until you find something you like.

Dance classes, learning a musical instrument, fitness and healthy eating, cycling, mountain biking, scuba diving, the opera or seeing symphony orchestras, visiting museums, cooking, volleyball, taking a class in something, learning game, reading literature, wine tasting, motorcycles, etc… there are a million things you can try.

I don’t have any hobbies, and i am confident. Because confidence is not about having hobbies. It’s about the psychology and being mentally stable.

Not being a slave to your ego, learning to be humble, being capable of diffusing tension with humor, not taking things other say about me personally, not comparing myself to others, learning to laugh at myself,… etc
