There's obvious, overt consent, and there's implied consent. While implied consent is great for innocuous school yard things like holding hands, you want to ask before doing things like kissing. Body language and context matters

If she's in your bed, then yeah, you've likely got a go ahead to at least be somewhat physical with her.

And hand holding won't get you jailed unless you're aggressively trying to snatch her hand.

I believe in the 80-20 rule. You know, go in 80 percent and if she wants, she can connect. Put your hands on hers, and if she keeps them there, maybe try to hold her hand for real when you guys get up to leave. If she recoils, or takes her hands back quickly, then back off. Easy stuff.
