Hey guys,
I've been reading Models and absolutely loving it - it's my first book but I've already been doing great (4 dates this coming week, asserting myself, accepted myself bombing this weekend) but I'm recognizing I have some trauma and weird stuff I do in my life that I love; and I want to be real about it; but I don't know when it's appropriate to share that I do this stuff listed below:
So basically I am 9+ years sober (AA) and I do a lot of work today in ACA (Adult Children of Alcoholics). I love ACA, and AA. Especially ACA.
I am noticing I feel lots of shame around the fact that I do this stuff after reading Models. My shame is especially around ACA. Should I just share it sooner, rather than later to weed out the non-compatible women?
Thank you!
