Nope. It's deep in our caveman brain to have approach anxiety. So we would not get kicked out of the tribe for hitting on the chiefs 4th wife and then get eaten by sabre-toothed tigers. Ape that understood the universe is a great read.
But since we live in cities of millions and with such abundance that instinct is obsolete.
Take work to get through that. Most people can't/won't.
So do this. Don't be fat
Have a skill that pays.
Be socially active. Especially when you hit your 30s as most of your mates tend to lose the spark for life or settle down. Go away essentially.
And don't fuck up. Kids you can't afford, stupid degree, debt for dumb shit like a fancy car.
Know what you want
Do this and life will be pretty good.

The only thing that really changed is the efficiency of dating apps and the fact that people in general are less approachable due to always being on their phone. If you're good with interacting with people you still are going to be able to approach and attract women.

Then yes girls from 18-30 are definitely living in the social media era and dating apps era.
So Neil would def have trouble.
Could you imagine him getting tons of matches and young women thirsting for him on Tinder?

The introduction of dating apps and social media.
From what I understand, a big part of game is talking to a woman in such a way that she seeks validation from you......but in today's world, they're getting an insane amount of free validation from places like Tinder and Instagram, making the value of my in-person attention a lot less than it would otherwise be. Now, don't get me wrong.....you can still find success with cold approach (and I have), but I can't help but wonder if the results were much better and more consistent back when The Game was written.

If you really think that dating and sexual selection has radically changed in the last 10 years after working perfectly fine for millions of years before that, I think you need psychiatric help. Urgently.
