Hi everyone, Just wanted to see what everyone’s stance on this, particularly in online dating. I’ve done really well for myself (condo, luxury vehicle, Rolex, travel, etc). For moral reasons, I don’t put it out in the open as much as I could. I could easily take a picture with my nice car, puppy and condo and possibly have better luck.

From my experience, I’ve been told I’m a great looking guy and am self aware enough to know that I turn heads. I have a habit of self sabotaging relationships and wonder if I’m doing the same with being modest. I’m also black which I feel works against me at times. Does anyone find luck displaying their wealth help in terms of get their foot in the door?

Edit: the main reason I ask this is because I know women have different filters than men and one of those filters is security. Since there are so many men on online dating, it helps with getting ahead of the selection. I’ll still have the power to qualify but at least it makes it less work upfront
