The truth is that getting rejected sucks, but as you take risks it is inevitably going to happen.

Here are some thoughts I have about rejection:

It's a natural part of the dating game, you are not interested in every other person alive and they are not all interested in you. You never know what other people have going on in their lives, sometimes it's just bad timing.

You should embrace your feelings. This does not mean that you should always act on your feelings, but that you should allow yourself to feel what you feel. Then you go on with your life. Don't rely on other people's approval to do the things that give you joy! I really like reading good books and working out. Find hobbies that interest you, and build a life where you don't need other people to feel good.

If you really feel like rejection is hitting you hard, I would highly recommend you to be curious as to why. It will most likely be because of some insecurities you have. Can you work on them? Do it! Is it not something you can change? Try to embrace it as a part of what makes you unique.

It does absolutely get better with time and experience.

The fact that you are getting rejected means that you are out and shooting your shots. You should be proud of yourself for that fact alone.
