While I am personally not a huge fan of super loud nightclubs where you can barely hear the person next to you, most large cities contain other types of middle to high end venues that are very conducive to meeting beautiful women. I have met more incredibly gorgeous women in a single night at certain venues than I have in 20 years combined while living in my hometown.

A common feature of all such places is that there is normally a strict door policy. This can actually often be to your favor. Since if you can get in, the women inside are often in a more relaxed and sociable mood. They don't need to keep their personal shields up as high to strangers if they feel that the venue is monitoring who is let in as well as providing security for them.

The following tips will help you get into more exclusive places.

  1. Dress to impress. Obviously dressing the part almost is never going to hurt. The number one rule for guys is to wear nice dress shoes and not sneakers. Sometimes shoes are only single item that a bouncer checks. Also no backpacks.
  2. Limit your group's size or stagger your group's entrance. A group of 2 guys will have a way easier time than a group of 6 guys. Being in a mixed group of both girls and guys also helps. Chat up a group of girls waiting in line and make it appear to the bouncer that you are with them. In most Western countries, women are let into clubs easier than men. The bouncer also wants to control the ratio of men to women inside. Saying that I am alone has worked wonders for me when it comes to getting in over the year.
  3. Don’t be drunk or have drunk people in your group. The bouncer will see you as a higher risk of causing problems inside.
  4. Exude positive and social vibes. A nightclub is supposed to be a fun place. A bouncers job is also to protect the energy of a place.
  5. Appear confident of belonging there. If you look unsure or worried about being let in, it lets the bouncer know that you probably don't belong there.
  6. Don’t argue, plead or beg the bouncer to be let in. This is not going to help your case and will only imprint your face into his memory. If you are denied entrance, just look a bit surprised and amused and try the line: "Don't worry, it's just me/us and we promise to be on our best behavior." If that does not work say "ok, no problem" walk away and try again later after rearranging your group. i.e. try to enter alone or after separately merging into another non-all-male group outside.
  7. Be fashionably early. Often if you arrive early enough there may be no cover charge or face control.
  8. Utilize guest lists. Getting on online guest lists via social media or knowing a promoter can also gain you access.

btw, I purposely skipped what some of you may be thinking is the most obvious solution of trying to buy your way in. Especially in places like Vegas, I found that paying for a table not only to be a huge waste of money but even counter productive to meeting people. To easily meet new people, you need mobility in an environment, and a table can potentially hamper this.

I cover the above points in more depth as well as further clever and somewhat hilarious methods I have used to gain free access to almost every high-end venue in Vegas as well as other venues around the world in this video.

Depending on the city / venue, some places will have a small cover charge that is unavoidable. But I was never one to shell out hundreds of dollars just to enter a place. Dressing nice, being confident and replying :"No, it's just me and I'm going to sit or meet someone at the bar," when asked if I was on a list or had a reservation has almost always been enough.
