Step up your game ! Doing her an interview is the last thing you want in a text discussion. She has hundred of other dudes interviewing her all day long.

Of course you should never date a co-worker, but... just ask her out already.

Maybe you’ll find out the reason she doesn’t ask questions is because she’s not interested, she’s boring, or only thinks of herself. Who knows?
