Ask yourself how many girls you've approached this year so far? Ask yourself how can a man get a girl of he's not approaching them?

I don't know what image pops into your head when you think of the word "girlfriend" but you need to realize there are girls out there that would consider all their dreams answered if they had you in their life. Women out there that NEED someone like you to brighten up their day. As shy as you might be, there are women out there even more shy than you. As worried of rejection you might be, they are twice as scared of it as you. They will never approach a man in their entire lives, no matter how much they like him. They're waiting for YOU!

When you go out and approach girls, don't approach it like you are some salesman trying to get them to buy you. Your goal should be to just make them a little happier. Make them laugh! Carry a strong positive/friendly vibe and let it rub off on them. See them as shy nervous girls hoping for someone to bring some fun into their mundane day. Also remember that when you act like you're already friends with somebody, 90% of the time they'll play along. Just treat them like you guys already like each other and things will go smoothly.

From now on, everytime you see a girl you are attracted to and you DON'T approach her, I want you to think maybe THAT was going to be "the one". She was going to be the girl that instantly clicked with you when she got to know you. She was going to be your dream girl. That is what you are potentially sacrificing whenever you don't approach. And however many "no"s you might get, however bad it might hurt, it will all be worth it once you get that "yes". Just keep going buddy! You got this!

Wingmen are hit or miss now a days. It's best to stay away from then until you can recognize a good wing from a bad.

literally character development. If you can do cold approach well no one will be able to fuck with you on future job interviews, friendships and relationships cause you have already been through the fucking dephts of hell

yeah this one helps me a lot:

have a "default opener" if you dont already have one. the most easy one is to just say, "Hey i know this is random, but you looked really cute"

Then at least, once you decide to go for it, you won't back out because of the "I don't have anything to say". Sometimes I'd be walking up to a girl and then I'd actually just walk past or some bs, and much of the time it's because I couldn't figure out what to say. So at least having a default will give you a backup.

Of course, theres plenty of way more original spur of the moment things you could open with. But definitely you want to have one "default", and also you can experiment until you find some that work for you.
