Well tbh there’s a few things that come to mind.
1 - she didn’t enjoy your meet-ups as much as you and probably isn’t that into you. In fact, the fact you’re calling them meet-ups and not dates implies there was a very platonic vibe and nothing else.
2 - she genuinely doesn’t have free time to meet you again.
But you know what? Besides all of that You shouldn’t wait for girls to make the first move because they almost never will. They want guys to take the lead and will act accordingly. Even though she said she’d contact you, I wouldn’t sit down and wait for it to happen if I were you.
Be proactive and hit her up

Thanks for that replay. I call It meetups cuz Its date synonym for me. Well i tried to escalate a little bit(touch her arm while laughing,improve her hair, make eye contact). But i still dont understand thing, if she dont enjoy that dates why she told that she enjoy It? Its a way to create new orbiter?

Well you should have tried to kiss her tbh. Just touching her arms and stuff isn’t close to being enough if you want her to actually ‘want’ you. But tbh if she said she’d message you that was probably because she wasn’t interested. But you won’t know unless you find out

Why they talk shit like that? Be fair, and says that you dont like someone
Men are big and strong. Women are little and not very strong. If i guy tells a girl he didn't like her and she gets angry, oh well too bad. But if a girl tells a guy she doesn't like him and he gets angry, thats scary and maybe even dangerous.
Women have to worry about making guys angry, so when they don't like a guy they try to tell him in a way to not hurt his feelings. Or sometimes they just dont do it at all. Its not because they are mean, or selfish. Its because they are scared. Some guys act crazy when they are rejected.

As others have said:
if she says "no", some guys will get angry
other guys will ask: "why? Give me a chance, you'll see that I am awesome once you get to know me"
All in all, ghosting men or giving flaky answers is the simplest way for women to "run away" and they hope that you'll "read between the lines and leave her alone".
