I just want to discuss how much a good social media presence helps getting a girl to trust you more.

I went out with a 20 y.o. college girl recently, and she told me she also had a 26 y.o. guy that was taking her out, but she doesn’t want to associate with him anymore because he has less than 40 followers on Instagram. That and he doesn’t seem to make many friends.

A lot of the college girls I approach in person will add me on Instagram and check my profile in front of me to see our mutual followers and pictures. Likely they want to check if I’m not some random creep.

I just started using Instagram last year and only have a little over 300 followers now and only have a few pictures. I’m not very good looking, so I spend a lot of time selecting and editing my pictures to lighten my skin, remove blemishes, and show only flattering angles.

In general, girls that have more followers than me won’t work out in the end. I noticed the ones that tend not to go out with me or respond have 400+ followers. They probably just have a lot of options.
