Does it matter how many girls you have slept with?
Is it really a metric for how good you are with women?
Or is it just something people obsess over, and you should never actually count?
As someone who went from never being able to get a date with a girl, to being with over 500 women, I have mixed views. So yes and no.
I'll answer in two ways. Firstly from a student perspective, if you are just trying to get better with women, should you be counting and worrying about your number? Also, from the perspective of looking for a coach. Should you find someone that has been with a lot of women?
STUDENT
Don't let fear hold you back from experience.
There is a spectrum on counting the number of girls you have been with. On one end, some guys have barely slept with any women or gotten any experience. They use excuses and rationalizations. They say they only go for the best, have high standards, focus on their purpose, or wait for the perfect girl. But really, they are just sitting at home, lonely, jerking off to porn.
The problem is you are not learning. You are not developing the skills you need to get the type of girls you want. Just like with any other skill, you need practice and experience. It's often a fear of failure and rejection that holds these guys back. They don't approach the girl when they should; they don't ask for their number, make a move, or take her home.
You need to be able to push yourself and gain experience. Don't be that guy holding himself back with excuses and or rationalizations. There have been girls that I slept with that I didn't realize how truly amazing they were until I got the chance to honestly know and understand them. If you have met a girl, have chemistry, and enjoy her company, you should be trying to take it to a deeper sensual level.
You must also realize that sex can be fun and amazing and doesn't require you to go on 1000 dates first, especially if you are setting the right expectation with the girl.
It's a great way to get to know her on a deeper, more intimate level.
Track your success
Counting how many girls you have been with is also an excellent way to track your progress and success. If your goal is to get better with women, it's a pretty good metric, but it's also only one of many, and we will cover the other vital metrics soon.
But then there is the other end of the spectrum, the lay count guys. The ones that only ever care about how many girls they have been with. It becomes so wrapped up in their self-worth and ego.
As I mentioned earlier, it is good to track your success and different metrics with any skill you want to learn. But you shouldn't become solely focused on how many girls you have been with. You will lose focus on what is essential and what you are trying to learn. Imagine with other skills if you only focused on one end goal. If you were trying to get the sale, not caring about customer experience, or if they would spend with you again. Or if you were just worried about how many points you got in a game instead of passing the ball and thinking about the team winning.
It's the same when learning to be good with women. You should also be conscious of how good of an experience the girl had. How attracted she was, how confident you felt, how much you are growing as a person, how your mindsets are changing, how your self-esteem is growing, and do these women actually want to see you again? There are so many metrics that you can look at when you are learning to be a better version of yourself.
You need to ask yourself what matters more. Getting better at social awareness, having better interactions, being a better person, or just getting laid more. If you lose focus on what actually matters, you won't develop and learn as quickly as possible.
Don't be the lay count guy.
It's not a metric you should be attached to. I know guys who are just trying to get one more lay. It has been their only source of validation and success. It's toxic and unhealthy. You should be looking to gain experience and have amazing interactions and relationships with women. But you shouldn't turn into an objective counter and put that as your focus.
You need to remind yourself why you wanted to be good with women in the first place. You should be aiming for fulfilling relationships and not just another number to fill your need for external validation.
COACH
Inexperienced
My views on this change a little when you look for a coach and authority to teach you. There are so many coaches out there with such little experience. You need a coach that has been there every step of the way, that has been in every situation you might find yourself in with different types of girls.
And it's not just about learning to sleep with lots of girls, but dealing wih your mindsets, the things that are holding you back, how to keep girls around, how to have healthy relationships in which the girls are chasing you.
Finally, you need to look at whether they are good with women and good with students. Teaching is a whole new set of skills that takes a long time to perfect. You need to be able to transfer your skills and knowledge to others. Just like it takes a long time to understand women, it takes a long time to understand the differences and styles of each student.
If you are interested in learning how to build attraction and sleep with more women and how to be a better version of yourself. Gain confidence, correct your mindsets, create fulfilling relationships with women, and check out my course to become the ultimate man.
Peace.
