It is not a clear sign of anything. You're overanalyzing this. Not everything is a sign. You don't need to "handle" it in any particular way because it's irrelevant

Eye contact is my go-to cue on a woman's interest level. Mark Manson has a great article on it here.

If a girl is holding eye contact with you from across a room, approach.

If she's acting like you're invisible, you've got nothing to go on.

Now like many other IOIs/choosing signals/approach cues, this one can be faked or misinterpreted, so what I regard as the never-fail cues are her decisions/reactions (initiation, reciprocation, and compliance). But you need to have an active interaction with her for those to enter the picture.

Hence why I say, in this particular situation, eye contact is your sign.

It is possible that she feels making a contact with you can make her nervous or embarassed. Why would you care, you should make all your approaches casual, it will turn out rather quickly if she is interested or not.

It's a waste of time to think otherwise... If a woman wasn't interested in you but changed her mind later, it doesn't mean she was shy when she was in public before... People do change their mind!!!🤷

The only thing that you can do is show your interest, if it's reciprocated then it prove she is interested!!! 😉
