i learned in a psychology class that the human brain tends to automatically link good looking people with good qualities and vise versa so people could be automatically characterizing you as having negative qualities in their brain. IMO, fuck all that, im sure you’re an awesome person… there’s someone out there for you

I won't pretend to completely understand your situation, it sounds like you are having a tough time. I struggle with my mental health. Impulsivity, self harm and mood swings.

What brought me out of the self hate well was accepting that this is who I am, these are the things that make me be me, and chose to focus on what I actually can improve about myself. Lifestyle, fitness, fashion...

We all have something that keeps us trapped to some degree, and that's okay pal. Own it, invite the acceptance you seek in others to come from yourself.
