In reality, you always have the chance to display it whenever you go out or talk to someone.

I think you're conflating confidence with conviction.

When you do something you're an expert at and you've done it a million times are you second guessing anything? No you just do it.

So basically posture and this mind set that you know exactly what you're doing and what you want is all you need to display.

You aren't nervous , you aren't self conscious, you aren't second guessing yourself, you're completely comfortable and you just speak and act.

It's not pride, nor sticking to some conviction necessarily, those are byproducts, it's truly being comfortable with you, no matter what anyone thinks.

Give her a sit test, use a neg (this not an insult by the way so don't use it unless you understand what it actually is), use a push pull, tease her if she says something stupid or simply trips up on her words, give her a genuine compliment about something specific, use mini cold reads...

There are so many different ways to do it.

Even something as silly as:

Her: Pass me the <thing>

You: Passes it "ahem...Your'reee welcome?"🙄

Her: Oh right, thanks 😂
