You are wayyyy over thinking this. Please do not make a check list. You’re going to sound scripted and it will feel fake. You don’t need memorized lines and compliments. You need to be genuine. Talk about her and yourself. Connect like real people. If you like something about her then compliment her.

Look up Nick Sparks, how to have a conversation like a man.
The takeaway is you just actively listen, reward her for talking, follow the breadcrumbs.
You stick to mostly short statements, and try not to make them dry.
Eg. She asks, " what do you do for work?"
You could be boring and say "I'm a welder" " yeah it's hard but I like it" " what do you do?"
Or you could be interesting and lead her to interesting things about herself like......" Well I became welder because I really admired a guy that was a friend of my families and that's what he did. What about you, did you have anyone who really inspired you as a kid?"
Or you could be yet another one of " those guys" who just talk about themselves all night, think they're funny, and spend it mostly waiting on their turn to talk.

This is terrible advice. That convo sounds boring af. If a girl asks me what I do for working I’m going to proudly tell her. I’ll even throw in some funny or interesting story. Any topic for that matter I’m going to add my own charisma and not limit myself to one or two short sentences.
