Myself (24m) and my coworker (23f) have something going that neither of us have put a label on and I’m not sure what’s happening. Kinda complicated.

I met her 2 months ago when I started working back at my old car dealership. She’s the finest girl I’ve ever seen, I was immediately attracted to her and on my second day she came to me to introduce herself and we started making small talk here and there for a few days.

One day I she invited me to her house after work to smoke. I ended up staying for a while, she was sending some blazing signals but I never escalated things that night. I regretted not the next few days but in hindsight it may have benefitted me as it built some major tension.

Fast forward to last Friday, she asks to come over to my house to see my two kids, (single dad) she had been telling me all day that she was ovulating and I started flirting and she was flirting back. I put my kids to bed about an hour after she got there and we cuddled on the couch until she asked me to rub her back and took her shirt completely off revealing her pierced nipples so of course instant hard on. I’m rubbing her back then her butt and she says to take her pants off so I do, then go straight to eating her out and we fuck until 4 in the morning. We spent the next 2 nights together doing this and cuddling and talking about everything.

We get back to work and first thing yesterday morning she asks one of our other coworkers who she’s good friends with if I said anything about wanting to be casual or if I was catching feelings. He relayed this to me and I told him I thought we were both on the same page about being casual and I was confused as to where this was coming from.

She asked me to FaceTime last night and we stayed on the phone for half an hour. I could tell she had something on her mind but seemed nervous to say anything so she kept the conversation kinda playful and flirty. I really feel like I should talk to her and let her know I’m good with whatever she wants out of the situation but I’m not sure how to approach the right way.
