It seems suspicious from what you said but I wouldn't suggest saying it to her cuz she would obviously deny it. Maybe reduce contact or try letting her know indirectly that you don't like her touchy-feely attitude.

Be careful mate because it may suggest that she is into you indeed but not entirely conscious. Unless she try something clear and obvious you cannot talk about it because she may deny or something. 'etc On the same way if you try something to see like touching her arm.. Etc she may start accusing you of seducing her.

We were all drunk, she was pressing her legs to mine (for at least 30 minutes) which I didn’t care since it was crowded and tried to give her space only to realize that there was plenty of space on her husbands side and their legs didn’t even touch each other. While chatting as a group I make a couple of jokes make people laugh each time she caressed my leg and my outer thigh it got to a point where she was holding my goddamn ankle (which she had to reach out) lol.

This right here makes me think it's intentional

Sounds like you're overthinking it. If you have to make some sort of convincing argument for your case instead of it just being plainly obvious to you then you may be reaching. but you don't want anything to do with either of their problems just find another girl.
