What breaks my heart is the fact that a lot of men put soo much pressure on themselves to be perfect when approaching and talking to women and what makes it worse is when content creators online releases their own infields which only is ''highlights'' that come from hours and hours of footage combined with finding women who are just really down in the moment.

Students and close friends who see me kissing a girl quickly or taking home a girl quickly always ask me ''how do you do it?'' and the truth is that many times when things happen very quickly it's because the woman is very ready for something to happen quickly and I'm only giving her what she wants which is for me to move it forward, but I never ever try to move it forward or put pressure on myself to get a girl when she's not ready.

It's about being calm, relaxed and calibrate in the moment. Be like water... If a girl is very DTF and keen then you move it forward quickly. If a girl is careful, cautious, not sure about you then it's important that you take your time and let the conversation marinate and grow further.

A lot of women will be careful, testing you in various ways and not give you their numbers/dates very easily, and if you think it's going to be easy you are just shooting yourself in the foot.

The truth is that it's easy when it's easy and it's hard when it's hard.

Most of your conversations with women when you're out approaching and putting yourself out there are going to be normal or slightly above normal, and most of the lays you are going to have is going to come from a second date.

When you get better with women you'll be able to have one night stands every week and sleep with women on the first date BUT that comes with time and you have to let yourself grow in your skills with women naturally over time.

Some of you reading this will become monsters who sleep with new girls every day and others once or twice very week and others once a month. Don't judge yourself and beat yourself up. Always think about the very next thing you can do to improve and know that it's going to take time.
