I know it may sound stupid, but just ask them out. I understand that you don't have a problem talking with women, you have a problem when it comes to asking them out. If you chatted with her for a while just say something like "Hey, it was very nice to meet you and I feel like we could talk about a lot of things. Would you be up to go have a coffe/drink/lunch/whatever maybe next week/this weekend/whenever?"

From my experience being sincere and straightforward goes a long way. You don't need a crazy pickup line or the best date plan if you've got confidence.

Meetups is such a waste of time. Terrible ROI for the time and effort. Theres not many women at these events and when there are, they tend not to be attractive.

I used to do it then I moved to nightclub cold approach. Refer to my field reports.

I guess one good idea is to have the mindset that you just want to get to know a new human being, and not do pickup. You come on later with flirting, teasing, sexual jokes etc. But at first you just try to meet them and be friendly. That could work to not put pressure on yourself nor on the girl.

Also off topic: joke about your virginity with girls to create attraction, but after you built some rapport with them. Like say "wow you're so sexy I think it's too much for a virgin like me".

And if they ask if you're really a virgin just say yes, with no hesitation. Then if you wanna continue the joke you could say "you'll see I don't let you sleep with me without meeting some conditions first. Otherwise I'd have been a male prostitute a long time ago."
