These past weeks was building up the confidence to do my first approach. Basically second time I go to this restuarant waitress recognizes me says you want to sit in the same area you were last time? I say yea the usual spot she says but two girls took my spot i joke around tell her to get them out of my spot she says how about you sit next to them. Then she says actually they are too young for you to which i replied they might be too young for me but you arent. She asks for my age i say 22 she then says they are too young for you and you are too young for me she is 27. After getting seated she comes back and asks if she can take something from my table since we are freinds now. Honestly went better than i expected and now i realize approaching shouldnt be nerve racking its just socializing and even though i got rejected it felt good to socialize.
