I don't think there's a way you can do this without the risk of seeming creepy. But you don't really have much to lose.

More importantly, focus on having these kinds of interactions more often and get the number next time. Don't treat an interaction like this like some rare occurrence that you need to maximize your profit on. You can literally have these interactions everyday. Go do it five more times.

Find a believable reason for coming across her contact info. Mutual friend or scrolling Instagram. Either way you don’t have s great shot here but you should open with a “what are the odds!” And maybe joke it’s fate.
