Drop your focus from finding a wingman. Switch to upgrading your circle of friends. It's clear that your friends are gammas.

Go to the gym.

Join a MMA gym.

Take a night class.

Join a fraternal group (Masons).

Make some quality friends. Your current pals are no good as wingmen anyway, gaming losers.

the majority of guys i've met at bars won't cold approach muchless wing or do anything else... i want someone to actually do it fulltime with not just provide entertainment

The mentality of approaching full time seems backwards to me. Surely you would prefer to have your life in order to the extent that women fall into your bed somewhat more organically?

Pre-"The Game", there was the mentality in the community that one could not git gud without brute forcing one's ability with a few thousand approaches under one's belt. Nowadays that sort of approach seems unnecessarily hit and miss and long-winded because game has evolved.

Work on making your life what you want it to be, pursuing your long term goals, lifting, meditating, making friends in general, and women will chase you.

Out in the day and at night, no wing is necessary. I used to crave one too, but it was just because I wanted someone to hold my hand. I've found that, even with friends who are PUA friendly, it's easier to score when they aren't there.
