So I (18m) have a coworker who I talk to a lot during and after work. We’ve flirted back and fourth a couple times, but we know our stances with relationships and hooking up, and know ours is opposite from each other (basically, I want a mature relationship one day and she doesn’t). But she pointed out that the only guys she’s been with were through fwb and that’s how she rolls. She’s really hot but not not girlfriend material imo. I would be down to fwb with her but I don’t know how to ask her. Should I ask her out first or do anything specific? I’m totally lost in this subject I’ve never even thought of doing this til recently.
