I've been reading your interactions here and it seems to me like you're putting up a lot of excuses and you want to be given a step by step guideline and that's not it, be spontaneous and witty, be yourself and if you don't like yourself too much, work on yourself and your skills (including socials). I don't mean this in an ill manner, but it can be the case cause i know it was that way for me. Tip: next time you go out and see a girl you think is pretty, look at her eyes for a second or two

Your plan of action depends on what level of interaction you have with her. Are you friends? Friends of friends? Associates? Do you already follow each other? When you see her are you on speaking terms? Is it in group settings or is it direct? If you follow each other or are friends in social media then it’s easier to message online. If you are not then it’s easier to get that information next time you talk to her. If you don’t normally talk to her directly or only see her in group settings or in passing then you have to speak to her directly. You have to do enough work to make communication seem natural. So if you don’t speak to her normally the next step is to speak to her. If you do speak to her then you have to get to following her. If you are social media friends then you can reach out on social media. You don’t want to “cold call(message)” someone without some sort of open dialogue. If you don’t normally speak to her(directly) but want to message a haymaker then you have to stand out from the pack and make yourself vulnerable. You’ll have to message something a long the lines of… “I don’t normally reach out this way but I didn’t see another opportunity to talk to you…” compliment her… ask if she’d be interested in chatting, maybe going for coffee, lunch… you’d just like the opportunity to get to know her better. Just message her, if she doesn't respond there are lot of ways to meet women, I personally am not a fan of online game, because I feel it's not really good for certain people in certain locations, and I'm also black so girls aren't necessarily interested in responding to black men and other minorities. But don't get hung up on just one girl, go out and cold approach during day game on a busy street, or go to the club with your homies and approach some girls on the dancefloor, just don't get focused on one girl there are plenty of fish in the sea as they say

Okay so I've dealt with this before alot lol the best way is to find something you can comment on like her outfit, if you've notice it looks nice and she knows it looks nice than comment on it that's already a point right there, second is if her caption sounds like she's proud of something, than like and comment something like "congrats", basically you want to make yourself look like an option otherwise she'll never know that you are an option, but also you want to be doing things like going out and taking pictures some sort of cool activities so she see's what she could be in for if she hangs out with you
