You don’t shit where you eat, this is not a wise move and please don’t buy her flowers and gifts especially since you’re not even dating her yet. Some of the advice on here is abysmal

Not at work, too risky. Romantic pursuits are high risk high reward and you don’t want to put your career in jeopardy. It’s also unprofessional and puts her in an awkward position because she’s paid to be nice to you. You need to find something outside of work that lets you meet women. Just enjoy the experience interacting with her at work and use it as practice for future interactions.

I have no experience with this, but I feel like a lot of older women might more mature and flattered. Just be respectful and honest.
A little weird at work though

It will get awkward. Especially in the middle east. I'm in America and it isn't even the best call here. Only makes work a more uncomfortable place in my experience.

Mature women are great, if she's older than you, has more experience, there's nothing wrong with it, I dated someone 20 years older, my friend who has cancer is 50+ and dating a 23 yr old, i was in a dating program where dudes in their 50s date girls 30 yrs and younger. its no big deal, that shit really happens. it doesnt matter about their kids, what matters is your frame (i go for what I want, and I like mature woman, because other women dont interest me, etc.)
