I have a similar problem and now do it less. I go on walks or to the gym more often than not. There's more construct things we can with our free time.

Pretty similar but I do actually rely on porn...way too much. It literally stops me from approaching...at all. I have pretty humble standards and I know if I went to many of the women I found attractive, ar least a few would entertain me, but ultimately I know I have porn to fall back on so it's like...what's the point?

Even when I abstain it still doesn't allow or make it easier for me to approach women so...I'm at a total overall loss.

Yeah, to be honest if I indulge then I lose interest in my boyfriend sexually for a few hours! Makes total sense. Maybe cut down and try the real thing!
