Start small and work your way up. Usually the problem here is less about the things you say and more about the things you do. Get used to initiating friendly, social touch with everyone, and you'll inevitably find that women who are receptive to you will reciprocate that back. You want to create a back and forth escalation of physical contact until more intimate contact naturally emerges from that. Usually if you're doing this properly, the verbal part of it follows naturally.
