You haven’t given your age first of all…secondly, the older you get your dating pool actually gets BIGGER…I’m about to be 36 and I have no shortage of sexual opportunities much less marriage opportunities

Have you checked your hormones ? Like testosterone and thyroids ? , if your testosterone is in the lower end , I would suggest to find a good trt clinic , it will help you mentally and physically to improve yourself .

No point in worrying about the past. Youre right forget about women for now and focus on yourself. The more you improve the less anxiety you will feel
