There was a cute girl working at Walmart that I've been eyeing for the past 2 weeks but never had any guts to say hi.

Well today as I was walking out of the place she's directly in my way through the door, so I say screw it.

I said "excuse me, miss" and she walks over and I say "I'm gonna be completely honest. I'm just talking to you because I think you're cute"

She then gets a big smile on her face and says "I have a boyfriend, but that was a good try!"

I said "well hey, was worth a shot" smiled, and I walked out

I wasn't expecting much but I sure didn't expect her to be as enthusiastic about the whole thing considering what she said. Seemed like I genuinely made her happy. (I'm comparing it to the times when its obvious they're just being nice to be left alone)

Anyways, I walked out proud of myself and feeling more confident than I have in a while. My only issue is that I don't get out much so actually finding girls I think are cute is a rarity, so it's unfortunate this didn't work out. But whatever, on to the next one!
