Maybe I'm missing the point of this subreddit entirely, but what about treating her like an actual human being? Not a thing that "gives you head". If that is all you want from her she can most definitely detect that. Woman can detect when they are being objectified, not listened to, and looked down upon by guys that just want sex. It makes them feel uncomfortable and unsafe and is no way to get head unless you are hot as fuck or absolutely dripping with charm, or both.
You should try to talk to her, be genuinely nice and listen to her, remember things she says, be attentive to her, etc. Talk about what you're passionate about, or what you care about. This is how you form a connection deep enough to "get head".
