When it came her turn to dance on stage, I didnt watch at all, glancing once to see that she was up on the pole completely upside down (which I got her talking about later) and I think I definitely won brownie points for not gawking at her during her dance.

Uh, if she's really into you she would WANT you to watch her perform. Not necessarily gawk, but I'm imagining you putting your head down and covering your eyes like a toddler. You're too worried about being a creep to make a move. Remember what Mark Manson said, it's impossible to not be "creepy" sometimes because it's a subjective term and is really just code for "this guy is hitting on me but I don't find him attractive".

As you were an Uber driver I don’t think she sees you as a person to get financial gain from (Got no issues with Uber drivers but to suggest this stripper is after his coin is ludicrous given the situation). If you want to close this one you need to meet her outside of her work environment - going to her work would’ve put you in the same bracket as the other customers and you don’t want that.
