I wouldn’t just reach out to her randomly and tell her that you’re interested in more than friendship. If you somehow hang out again, it would be appropriate if the subject somehow came up, but otherwise it would just seem forced at this point.

Just let it be. My philosophy is that even if someone is busy, if they’re really interested in someone, they’ll make some time no matter what. Right now it sounds like she views you just as a friend, with low (or no) romantic interest.

Hang back and let her reach out to you at this point. Make sure you’re busy too, and continue to meet other girls. You are in no way obligated to her. If you’re waiting in the wings with her as your sole focus, you’re putting her on a pedestal and things will continue to slide.

She double- and triple-checks that you WON'T be making a move with her. She is not attracted to you. End of story. Move on.

p.s. you could have saved yourself A LOT of time and trouble by just making a move on the first date you went with her (I don't necessarily mean making out or fuck, but at least clearly state that you like her as a woman, rather than as a friend). So keep that in mind with your future dates.

The more you try to force something to be the way you want the less it will be. Just leave it open, don't text her, if she texts you cool but my bet is she probably won't, go meet other women and see what happens. I had someone give me the vibe she wasn't into me and then a few months later we hooked up. I didn't text her or anything. I didn't know she was fresh out of a relationship, had two jobs, stress was really high, etc.. when things calmed down for her it worked out. I did take a gamble by stopping by the bar she worked at on the off chance she was working (I was dumped 2 days earlier and wanted a rebound), she was, I asked her when she got off and if she wanted to go to see a local band play. She said yes and we hooked up. Point is u never know what someone else is going through so sit back and let life do it's thing
