Only meet her family if you’re planning on a serious relationship. If not, you should make it clear that you aren’t ready to meet her family, and if that is a problem for her you should walk away.

Odds are decent that if you give it to her straight up, she will come back after she gets over it to engage in a casual relationship.

What are you afraid of exactly? You're not fucking her parents. Unless your two jobs are dealing crack and child trafficking you should be able to hold your head up high in any situation. If they can't respect you for working hard, that's on them.

Also, Personal experience: having parental resistance to a relationship usually makes the girl double down. If you actually like her I think it'd be a great move.
