It's a fantasy for most. Older women, quick lay. Most men also assume older women are somehow automatically more mature. I prefer younger women, younger women prefer me. Society and biology dictate this.

Maturity level is key. A lot of younger guys don't know what they want and can't lead. Be sure to screen for that and see if you're both on the same wavelength.

Younger guys are very energetic (speaking for myself). In my experience, older women can totally keep up and don't bs about what they want, which I love. If you can handle temperamental young bucks, go for it! :)
