How do you manage to pay attention to the pupils when you’re talking?

Unless you feed them molly you won't notice 4x dilated pupils.

Just keep standard eye contact and don't overthink silly stuff.

Why would you even 'pay attention to the pupils', what does it even mean?

I can read micro expression, then I can see it

But actually it depends on multi factor. Interpretation are really hard. It depends on people, tireness, light, fear, pleasure...

I don't know i just notice when it has to. It cachés my attention. Actually, it just shows pleasure. But pleasure for what, you will never know.

Body expression in general is better

If I’m making eye contact with someone then I’ll look at their pupils just to see the size of them. I don’t really try to get a good look tho or try to use it as a sign if she’s interested. Ill tend to watch the body language more.

This isn't a foundational thing. It's not required. In fact a lot of people don't even pay attention to this really. What you actually need is:

The confidence to take action.
The ability to calibrate (which requires empathy). The ability to make adjustments according to how she is reacting to your actions.
Your logistics need to be in order: You need a good time and place for stuff to happen.
You need to understand your own personal boundaries: what you actually want, where your personal lines are, etc.

Trying to pay attention to a nitpick detail like her pupil dilation isn't something that's required.

There are plenty of physiological reasons besides attraction for why her pupils may dilate.

On the other hand, there are other things far clearer than pupil dilation which will give you a clearer indication that someone is interested.

Such as if they are physically escalating in response to your physical escalation.
