Depends on how open NJ in terms of covid restrictions. I suggest starting with easier locations - where people go to have fun and are very open. Music festivals, raves, beaches. Skip night clubs though. These are good places to begin with. When you start your journey the key is to develop some confidence so start at the easiest level possible.

Your college campus. As far as how you do it, well, you just have to do it lol. I know easier said than done though, it took me literally YEARS of wanting to before I actually tried. So just do it and don't be like me lol.
